Previously, she founded AvaLanding, assisting international clients with relocation and business operations in Spain. Raisa holds Finnish and Spanish Master of Laws degrees and a financial management degree.

A specialist in timber construction, has built her international career in business development, innovation, and technical sales, working for several leading companies in the sector. After living and working in Berlin, Vienna and Madrid, she now lives in a small Spanish village. Currently, she serves as the director of Xlam Dolomiti Iberica, a Spanish subsidiary of an Italian CLT producer and timber engineering company.
